(iii) Bad website in details2 & conclusion

This is the contact web page:
You can contact the person, Alex Barder by sending a email to him if you have any questions. The layout is also the same as all the other webpage. It is very dull and unattractive.



--Conclusion--
In conclusion, the website lack of pictures and animations. Furthermore, the content is very long and wordy, therefore user will feel very boring and thus will not read the content in detail. They may only browse through the website or change to another website! There are repeat links on the website which are unnecessary too!

(ii) Bad Website in details

These are the other sub-page:
All the subpage do not have enough pictures or animations mostly text. It is very boring and wordy.
When i point my cursor to the experience link, there is a drop down box.
I click on the experience link, the webpage show only a pictures and some text. The words that are underlined are links. Some of the links can be found on the navigations bar such as: interactive, retouching and mutimedia. Therefore it is not necessary to put these links again on the webpage!

When I click all the links in the drop down box, all webpages do not have any pictures only text. The text are all wordy, this will have a "turn off" effect on the user. The user may not read all of it in details.

(i) Bad Website


This is the main page of this website.

I feel that this website is a bad website.
At the first look, the website is very dull. It mainly consist of black, white,brown and grey colours only. It only consist of one pictures and there are no animations. The website is not attractive, it gives people the impression of wanting to exit this website and go on to another website.
This are the navigations on the website:
The navigations is very simple. It is a fixed navigations bar and the navigation's words only consist of one colour. While mosburger's navigations are colourful with pictures beside it.

If you wish to leave a comment or ask a question, in the main page of website click on the Contact Us link. After clicking, you are direct to the web page shown above. After you have sent your comment and question, a sentence of the colour red will inform you that it is sent to their staff. This layout of the web page make it easy for people to email their question or comment.
--Conclusion--
I think a good website is one that is well-organised and have consistency throughout the website.
From Mosburger website, I can easily identify the main page and the sub-page. It also uses the design principles, thus it makes the website look more neat and professional. The information on the website is also relevant and useful to the user.

Clicking on the Mos Outlets link on the main page, this will direct you to the webpage shown above.
Below is clearer view of the shop list:
By clicking on the button "Click" (shown on the picture above by a blue box),
a map will open up on the same webpage.

To close the map just click on the close link at the bottom of the map.
The map is also very detailed and short, it also include the operating hours, etc. If anyone want to visit the outlet, they can find it easily using this information/map.


I think this is a great way to inform the user the locations using this method.

The main navigations are attractive and when you point your cursor on them there is some actions or animaitions.






After clicking through the main links, we can see there are consistency throughout the website. Therefore user will know that they are still at the same website and not browsing at another different website. On each web page, after you have click on one of the main link, the are sub-links on the left side of the web page and all the main links are at the top of the website. This is shown by the pictures below:


The menu above has pictures of the product(burgers) shown to the user and their description is below it. This will let the user know more clearly about the products sold at mos burger and thus will attract them to go to the fastfood chain to eat.

Each web page has well organised information and is not too long. This is important as the user will not get confused and loss their interest on the website. The webpage maybe design for adults and teenagers.
